Job Description

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Arrange and maintain documents.
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records.
  • Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of solid experience in administration
  • High school graduate or above
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
