Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Receptionist and office admin duties
  • Provide back office support to the frontline sales team
  • Maintain customer information
  • Provide support in ad-hoc assignment/task as and when require

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of concrete relevant experience
  • Experience in assisting sales and marketing team,
  • Experience in office admin and human resources field
  • Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good PC and information system knowledge including MS Office, English and Chinese Input Processing
  • 5.5 days’ work
  • Immediate available preferred
