Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Receptionist and office admin duties
- Provide back office support to the frontline sales team
- Maintain customer information
- Provide support in ad-hoc assignment/task as and when require
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of concrete relevant experience
- Experience in assisting sales and marketing team,
- Experience in office admin and human resources field
- Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Good PC and information system knowledge including MS Office, English and Chinese Input Processing
- 5.5 days’ work
- Immediate available preferred
