Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Switch board & visitors management. 負責訪客接待及通知。
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations會客區整潔維護。
Mail/Parcel shipment management. 郵務相關事項處理,協助遞送公文及收發信件。
Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner determine the business of the caller and successfully route or handle the call as appropriate.辦公室總機服務,接聽、過濾、轉接來電,並提供資訊及留言服務。
Parking lot arrangement 停車位管理
Back up support –facilities maintenance, finance, other general administration matters協助一般庶務行政支援工作。
Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency of English including speaking, writing and reading
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player and pleasant personality
Good communication and coordination skills
