Job Description

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Switch board & visitors management. 負責訪客接待及通知。

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations會客區整潔維護。

  • Mail/Parcel shipment management. 郵務相關事項處理,協助遞送公文及收發信件。

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner determine the business of the caller and successfully route or handle the call as appropriate.辦公室總機服務,接聽、過濾、轉接來電,並提供資訊及留言服務。

  • Parking lot arrangement 停車位管理

  • Back up support –facilities maintenance, finance, other general administration matters協助一般庶務行政支援工作。


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficiency of English including speaking, writing and reading

  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Team player and pleasant personality

  • Good communication and coordination skills
