Job Duties:
1. To provide all administration service regarding meeting room arrangement, visitors/customers welcoming and registration in a polite and professional manner;
2. Answer telephone enquiries and take down messages;
3. Responsible for booking cars, hotels, air-tickets and payment arrangement;
4. Assist monitoring driver’s daily work;
5. Receiving and distributing incoming letters/parcels;
6. Update telephone directory ;
7. Accountable for the tidiness of reception area;
8. Other jobs assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
1. Education Level & Professional Qualification;
2. Good communication skills and personality;
3. Good command of both written and spoken English (CET4 or above), Cantonese fluent;
4. Good spirit of customer service;
5. Professional use of Microsoft Office Software;
6. Prefer knowledge of office operation and service;
7. Well organized, initiative, flexible & eager to learn;
8. More than 1 year work experience on receptionist.

4. 具备良好的客户服务精神;
5. 具备操作日常办公软件的能力,包括Word, Excel & PPT;
6. 具备一定办公室运作和服务的知识;
7. 良好的组织能力,积极主动,灵活,愿意学习;
8. 具备1年以上接待工作经验者优先考虑。
