Job Description
? Acts as the key interface with customer facing issues including incident reporting / escalations
? Greet all visitors and internal clients in a professional and friendly manner.
? Advise the hosts as soon as guests arrive and ensure all visitor details are recorded.
? Ensure all visitors are directed to the appropriate area of the bank to be met by their host(s).
? Ensure all external guests are cleared through Security Control.
? Keep the Reception desks and areas tidy at all times.
? Ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy.
? Report any faults in the client meeting rooms or any meeting rooms to the relevant Line Managers immediately.
? Assist with training of new staff and/or support team members.
? Answer telephone promptly within 3 rings and politely.
? Response to all incoming email and queries within the same work day/within 24 hours.
? Record messages and pass on any relevant information promptly.
? Escalate any concerns to the Line Managers as and when necessary.
? Maintain and practice a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
? Observe policies and procedures of the site as directed by the CS Manager.
? Handle car bookings, room reservations and all related soft services performed by CBRE.
? Take inventory on pantry items, office supplies.
? Handle incoming mails and direct vendor to appropriate recipient.
? Support administrative assistance to Facilities Manager.
? Support the Integrated Facilities Management functions and deliverable.
