Administration Assistant/ Receptionist(Fresh graduate is preferred)


Responsibilities:

1.Answering phones calls and transfer calls in a professional manner

2.Receive daily post and delivery

3.To ensure all office facilities are under good condition

4.Assist to arrange client’s meetings in the office (meeting room set up, drinks, etc.)

5.Apply company use SIM cards and adjust phone package when necessary

6.Review and prepare monthly payment requests for company expenses

7.Travel arrangement (air ticket and hotel booking)

8.Maintain office stock and purchase office supplies

9.Purchase project materials upon request

10.Market survey upon request (new vendors, service providers, software, etc.)

11.Any other tasks the line manager assign


Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral

3.Excellent computer skills in MS office, especially Word and Excel

4.Self-motivated and a good team player, able to work under high pressure

5.Careful and accurate in terms of work attitude and quality
