PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Receive and transfer incoming phone calls in professional manner;
2 Greet customers / visitors at reception area;
3 Badge and hand key operation such as open & cancel the authority, card management
4 business card and name plate operation such as printing and delivery
5 Supply stationery and office commodity ;
6 Coordinate conference rooms & projector reservation;
7 Water Management such as booking and payment.
8 Car management such as oil & car rental application, the driver daily expense check.ect
9 Arrange the local express mail delivery service and incoming mail distribution service;
10 Prepare office supplier’s monthly payments, such as stationary & commodity, car & driver, cleaner, plant, name card, name plate, courier services, water, copy machine etc;
11 Follow admin. specialist/manager’s other assignment.
Problem Solving: Problem solving is the extent to which the position is governed by established practices, rules, regulations, manuals, counsel/advice and independent thinking. It also includes the degree of complexity or original thinking required.
1 Faces all IR business sectors’ support inquiry in SH share office;
2 Need to be familiar with IR business sectors / employee in China.
Requirement:
1 Above associate college education;
2 CET 4 is a plus
3 Have high responsibility and carefulness
4 Around 1 year of receptionist experience
5 Good oral communications and interpersonal skills
6 Familiar with foreign investment company’s working discipline
