Key responsibilities:

Perform a range of administrative & secretarial duties for small team on a monthly or daily basis

Manage conference rooms schedule and conference facilities booking (TV control, projector)

Keep and file accurate accounts for Express mail

Provide assistance of office administration, including but not limited to office supply ordering, distribution, record, co-ordination for facility cleaning and maintenance, etc. Office supply includes but not limited to stationery, daily necessities (like tea, drinking water, snack, etc)

Answer phone calls and take messages with good manners

Administer and take care of office facilities like power supply, entry door, windows, etc.
