- Answers and screens corporate telephone calls, gives information to callers, helps transfer calls and update employee address and extension book
Receive and dispatch letters, newspapers and magazines, send out letters, parcels and express mails nationally or overseas, calculate relevant expenses occurred
Reads and routes incoming mails and correspondence, Distributes incoming correspondence to various office personnel
Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer
Greets scheduled visitors or provide information, conducts visitors to appropriate area or person
Send mails, such as EMS, DHL etc. Keep contact with external express service company
Purchase and manage stationeries and office utilities, record each employees’ stationary usage , maintain inventory of office supplies.
Arrange the business card and advertisement issues as per the requirement.
Coordinate for the meeting room arrangement and set up as required.
Performs other duties assigned by management, pass HR messages to all employees and provide other document support or service to HR Department
Required Skills and Experience:
- Speak standard Mandarin, and fluent Oral English, especially answering phones in English
Being skillful in using multimedia tools
Quick-minded, patient & careful, courteous & polite
Team work spirit and good communications skills
