Job Description
Responsibility of Position:
  • Answers and screens corporate telephone calls, gives information to callers, helps transfer calls and update employee address and extension book
  • Receive and dispatch letters, newspapers and magazines, send out letters, parcels and express mails nationally or overseas, calculate relevant expenses occurred

  • Reads and routes incoming mails and correspondence, Distributes incoming correspondence to various office personnel

  • Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer

  • Greets scheduled visitors or provide information, conducts visitors to appropriate area or person

  • Send mails, such as EMS, DHL etc. Keep contact with external express service company

  • Purchase and manage stationeries and office utilities, record each employees’ stationary usage , maintain inventory of office supplies.

  • Arrange the business card and advertisement issues as per the requirement.

  • Coordinate for the meeting room arrangement and set up as required.

  • Performs other duties assigned by management, pass HR messages to all employees and provide other document support or service to HR Department

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Speak standard Mandarin, and fluent Oral English, especially answering phones in English
  • Being skillful in using multimedia tools

  • Quick-minded, patient & careful, courteous & polite

  • Team work spirit and good communications skills
