Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full reception function in a professional manner, including handling incoming enquiry calls
  • Greet visitors and assure that they are escorted to the proper offices
  • Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms
  • Assisting in hotel and flight bookings
  • Responsible for invoice and payment processing of Admin. Department, including entry of invoice, coding, payment processing, authorisation, scanning and filing
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience relevant experience in receptionist and administrative support
  • F.7 or above Good command of English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentable
  • Well time management and organized
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
