Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Station at reception, greet and welcome visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls, mails and courier
- Assist to deliver document and outdoor activities
- Familiar to handle travel arrangement including flight, hotel reservations or other travel arrangement support
- Support General Administration back office work such as issue purchase orders and pantry items coordination
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2-3 years with Travel / Hospitality background are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
- Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility
- The ability to build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Immediate availability is preferred
