Job Summary :
Performs reception duties properly and provide efficient admin service.
Job Responsibility
1. Provide reception service in a proper manner, such as handling of inbound calls, visitor registration, etc.
2. Provide new employee on-board service, incl., telephone extension number, nameplate, access badge, business card and stationery.
3. Check and order office supply (stationery, drinking water, cleaning suppliers and other consumables) based on daily consumption.
4. Assist to prepare the expense report and payment of office supply.
5. Coordinate the printing of business cards for employees to ensure compliance with standards.
6. Other tasks / projects assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1.College Diploma
2. 1 years receptionist experience
3. Ability to operate computer and use database, word processing, spreadsheet, graphing and other software as specific to the company.
4 .Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Mandarin & Cantonese
5. Good appearance, good affinity, strong communication skills
Working time:
Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
