Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Station at reception, greet and welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming phone calls, mails and courier
  • Assist to deliver document and outdoor activities
  • Familiar to handle travel arrangement including flight, hotel reservations or other travel arrangement support
  • Support General Administration back office work such as issue purchase orders and pantry items coordination
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with 2-3 years with Travel / Hospitality background are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
  • Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility
  • The ability to build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Immediate availability is preferred
