Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general front desk duties includes greeting clients and guests, daily registration, answering incoming calls and enquiries;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations;
- Coordinate board and director/ manager meetings and prepare related materials/ report;
- Handle & record room booking and prepare weekly and monthly report;
- Set up the rooms and prepare equipment according to the booking requirement;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification:
- F.5 or above with 1 year working experience, prefer in customer service industry
- Outgoing and enthusiastic
- Proficiency in MS Office and English typing
- Immediate available is preferred
- *Speak fluent English and Cantonese, Proficiency in written English and Chinese
