Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general front desk duties includes greeting clients and guests, daily registration, answering incoming calls and enquiries;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations;
  • Coordinate board and director/ manager meetings and prepare related materials/ report;
  • Handle & record room booking and prepare weekly and monthly report;
  • Set up the rooms and prepare equipment according to the booking requirement;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:    

  • F.5 or above with 1 year working experience, prefer in customer service industry
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English typing
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • *Speak fluent English and Cantonese, Proficiency in written English and Chinese
