Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer services to both external and internal parties include answering and transferring calls to appropriate parties
- Handle daily mails and courier arrangement
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirement:
- 1-year relevant working experience
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal problem-solving skill
- Helpful, responsible, pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented
