Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of the front office reception to a high standard, greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Receive, screen and redirect incoming calls to appropriate personnel and relay phone messages as required
  • Arrange with internal mailroom and external courier on incoming / outgoing mails
  • Manage conference rooms reservation and ensure equipment neat and tidy
  • Work closely with tea lady and office boy to ensure smooth operations of pantry, mailroom or meetings preparations

Requirements

  • HKDSE or above
  • 2 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration
  • Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, initiative and excellent communication skill
