Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the front office reception to a high standard, greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Receive, screen and redirect incoming calls to appropriate personnel and relay phone messages as required
- Arrange with internal mailroom and external courier on incoming / outgoing mails
- Manage conference rooms reservation and ensure equipment neat and tidy
- Work closely with tea lady and office boy to ensure smooth operations of pantry, mailroom or meetings preparations
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- 2 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration
- Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, initiative and excellent communication skill
