Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle all incoming calls and greet visitor and guests;
  • Arrange daily mails and courier;
  • Provide clerical and administration support assigned by Human Resources & Administration Department;
  • Coordinate office equipment servicing, repair & maintenance;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or Diploma holder;
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid working experience in office reception & administration;
  • Responsible, punctual, self-initiative, hard-working;
  • Pleasant personality and good telephone manner;
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
