Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Handle all incoming calls and greet visitor and guests;
- Arrange daily mails and courier;
- Provide clerical and administration support assigned by Human Resources & Administration Department;
- Coordinate office equipment servicing, repair & maintenance;
- Assist in ad hoc projects if necessary.
Requirements:
- F.5 or Diploma holder;
- Minimum 2 years’ solid working experience in office reception & administration;
- Responsible, punctual, self-initiative, hard-working;
- Pleasant personality and good telephone manner;
- Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing;
- Good command in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
