OVERALL OBJECTIVES
The Receptionist position is to provide good reception service to both internal staff and external guests and maintain a good and harmony working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Reception
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries;
- Greet visitors and escort them to proper rooms;
- Handling faxes and mails and courier arrangement;
- Manage front desk and keep it tidy and neat;
- Help enhance employee relations.
Office Administration
- Maintain office tidiness;
- Purchase of stationery and other office supplies;
- Coordinate hotel and flight booking for departments;
- Assist in coordination of company events and activities;
- Handle bills from vendors;
- Clerical and administrative support to the HR Department;
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor;
REQUIREMENTS
l Colleague diploma or above;
l At least 1 year receptionist / administration experience, preferred with exposure in MNC;
l Fluent in Mandarin, basic English;
l Good command of MS office;
l Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills;
l Take initiative and be responsible person;
l Pleasant personality, active and must be a good team player.
