Job Description
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Buying room booking and arrangement, update weekly room form and monthly buying guests travel schedule.
- Leave, attendance and business trip double check, data input and maintenance.
- Car arrangement, flight tickets and train tickets booking, hotel room reservation, etc.
- Stationary purchasing, delivery and management and toner cartridges arrangement.
- All related fee payment confirmation and arrangement.
- Daily parcel receiving.
- Update the telephone list.
- Business card making arrangement.
- Daily receptionist duties such as screening of incoming call, call transfer, entertaining the visitors, etc.
- Other works assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above
- Fluent oral English and excellent Microsoft skill.
- Patient, easygoing and teamwork spirit.
