Responsibilities:
  • Buying room booking and arrangement, update weekly room form and monthly buying guests travel schedule.
  • Leave, attendance and business trip double check, data input and maintenance.
  • Car arrangement, flight tickets and train tickets booking, hotel room reservation, etc.
  • Stationary purchasing, delivery and management and toner cartridges arrangement.
  • All related fee payment confirmation and arrangement.
  • Daily parcel receiving.
  • Update the telephone list.
  • Business card making arrangement.
  • Daily receptionist duties such as screening of incoming call, call transfer, entertaining the visitors, etc.
  • Other works assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • College degree or above
  • Fluent oral English and excellent Microsoft skill.
  • Patient, easygoing and teamwork spirit.
