Job Description
Responsibilities:
- provide clerical support in checking office expenses and payments, handling of office administration routines;
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner;
- Arrange meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services;
- Provide office administrative support, including office supplies purchases and maintenance, invoice verification;
- Perform ad hoc project as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Must be dependable, well organized, mature and be able to take direction and work independently
- Good command in written and fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferable
