Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, fax, greeting guests and operate daily front desk duties
- Provide administration supports to internal office,
- Monitor office supplies and equip maintenance,
- Data input & outdoor work (if required),
- Assist department head to organize activity.
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above with min. 1 year working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Good telephone manner, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word/Powerpoint
