Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls, fax, greeting guests and operate daily front desk duties
Provide administration supports to internal office,
Monitor office supplies and equip maintenance,
Data input & outdoor work (if required),
Assist department head to organize activity.
Requirements:
Form 5 / DSE or above with min.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
Good telephone manner, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word/Powerpoint
Fresh grad are also welcome
