Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and enquiries, and provide reception services to visitors
- Provide office administration support such as making appointments or travel arrangement such as air-ticket or hotel booking etc.
- Support general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery & office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc
- Set-up conference rooms for meetings
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- Able to communicate in Cantonese and English (Putonghua is a MUST)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-manner, strong sense of responsibility and cooperative
- Fresh graduate and IANG are welcome
Location: Wanchai, Hong Kong
