Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties and administrative support to the company and department.
- Organize and distribute incoming correspondences, and mailing & courier documents.
- Support general HR duties.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned.
- Office environment management.
Requirements
- Form 7 / HKDSE or above.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
- Friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful.
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available preferable.
