Job Description

Primary Tasks

主要工作内容

1. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.

确保完成书面文件制作和保存的工作。

2. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from departments.

及时突发的各种行政事务,同时可以帮助其他部门完成相应工作。

3. Handles incoming calls including distribution and performs general administrative duties.

接听总机电话,同时安排执行公司相关行政职责。

4. Performs a variety of Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.

熟练使用网络并能熟练掌握各项办公软件。

5. Assist in making travel arrangements.

协助同事预订出差酒店机票和房间等工作。

6. Manages the company's lobby area.

负责管理办公室的各个办公公共区域。

7. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.

接待办公室访客。

8. Responsible for new hire on board registration and related procedure.

负责新入职人员登记、注册出勤卡信息工作。

9. Assist in the preparation of Daily reports, Weekly Report and Monthly Management Report

编制每日出勤日程,月度考勤整理汇总。

10. Other potential ad-hoc work assigned by line manager or client

领导安排的其他临时工作。

Key Skills

主要技能

1. Fluent in spoken and written English

熟练的英语书面和口语。

2. Strong communication skills, PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems

熟练使用电脑等办公软件。

3. Interest in fashion jewellery industry

对时尚首饰行业感兴趣。

4. At last 3 year work experience required

至少3年以上工作经验。
