Job Description
Super Hunter Services Co. Responsibilities:
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Booking meeting rooms and arrange necessary preparations as required
Liaison with vendors for orders placement as required
Handling other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Secondary education with 3 to 5 years relevant experience preferably in large financial institutions
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
