We are looking for a new full time team member at the Ibis Styles Edinburgh St Andrew Square who has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can! Now more than ever it is important to look after our guests to ensure they have an unforgettable experience with us.

Your duties will include:

Being present and visible in the lobby and contributes to guests' sense of well-being and loyalty, by establishing a warm and personalized relationship. You are responsible for an incredible Welcome for our guests to make them feel at home!

Gives priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures that need to be followed.

Look to create sparkles (memorable moments) for our guests.

Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration. Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers; puts them in contact with the appropriate people.

To be ready to jump across to the bar if required and assist our Food and Beverage team to ensure guests receive speedy service at the bar.

Handles any guest comments, objections or complaints and provides a response as soon as possible while the guest is still at the hotel to ensure all of our guests leave happy.

Check in/ check out guests and provides assistance, collects and inputs information on guests, to improve future visits to the hotel.

Follows Covid-19 Protocols and Social Distancing regulations to ensure team and guest safety.
