Job Description

Job Description:

1.Receptionist

  • Act as a company image/window to the visitors and implement company security policy for visitor management.
  • Act as a operator to pick and screen the incoming telephone.
  • Arrange and receive daily express from different couriers according to different needs and keep record for payment verification.
  • Manage door access system including but not limit to keep records of employees’ lateness

2. HR/Admin service

  • Prepare work badge, name board and business card for all employees as required or needed and make the proper record.
  • Serve the employees for stationery or daily necessities when they have such requirements or needs.
  • Provide support to employees’ medical cost reimbursement.
  • Act as a connection with property management of office building to solve the problems of office facilities

3.HR/Admin Support

  • Manage the company bulletin board(company/HR & Admin or property management announcement etc.)
  • Order office daily necessities with controllable and reasonable cost.
  • Process HR/Admin payment and keep the record.
  • Provide employee onboard and exit support.
  • Provide support to company activity organized by HR department.
  • Keep a regular eye on the warehouse for cleanness and tidiness.
  • Help to manage the company fixed assets.
  • The other job HR/Admin manager assigned.

4. Management Assistant

  • Make travel arrangements; prepare travel expense reimbursement and process payments
  • Provide support to the for arrangement of meetings, dinners, etc, as required
  • Maintain the Manager(Team)’s calendar by scheduling appointments
  • Perform miscellaneous job/non-job-related duties from Manager(Team) as assigned.


Basic Requirement:

1. Junior college above and business administration or other related major preferable.

2. Relevant working experience of similar position preferable.

3. Sociable and nice personality

4. Active work attitude and eager sense of learning

5. Workable English

6. Proficient in MS-Office package

7. Excellent communication skills and be willing to focus on details;

8. Independent working style with good performance even under pressure

9. Confident appearance and well exposed to international working environment
