Job Description

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

 

  • Track vendor contracts and payments and ensure all payments are up to date;
  • Handle day to day HR & administration duties including recruitment & selection; office administration etc.
  • Prepare reports to Department Head;
  • Assist in updating staff leave records and attendance records;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably strong in office admin experience
  • Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
  • Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly and always positive attitude
