Job Description
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Track vendor contracts and payments and ensure all payments are up to date;
- Handle day to day HR & administration duties including recruitment & selection; office administration etc.
- Prepare reports to Department Head;
- Assist in updating staff leave records and attendance records;
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably strong in office admin experience
- Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
- Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly and always positive attitude
