Our client is a global leading law firm with a very strong brand name and reputation, currently they have 100+ staff in HK office. They provide a westernise and flexible culture with premium working location. They are looking for candidate with prior receptionist experience with good communication skills to assist their guests.

Description

The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide reception service in courteous and professional manner
  • Meet, greet and accommodate clients and guests
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls and direct calls to correspondents
  • Handle courier's arrangement: register incoming mails and parcels
  • Assist in general admin task for the team
  • Organise conference and meeting rooms bookings. Provide other clerical support when required

Profile

The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Previous receptionist experience in corporate settings
  • Pleasant, proactive and energetic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
