Our client is an international law firm with a stable and friendly culture. They have 10 office across the world providing all rounded legal services to their clients. Their HK office is located in a premium location and are looking for candidate with prior receptionist experience and good communication skills to assist their guests.
Description
The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide reception service in courteous and professional manner
- Meet, greet and accommodate clients and guests
- Answer and transfer incoming calls and direct calls to correspondents
- Handle courier's arrangement: register incoming mails and parcels
- Assist in general admin task for the team
- Organise conference and meeting rooms bookings. Provide other clerical support when required
Profile
The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements
- Diploma or above
- Previous receptionist experience in corporate settings is preferred
- Pleasant, proactive and energetic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
