Our client is an international law firm located at CBD area, they have been steadily growing and lawyers are from well-known leading law firms. Now they are looking for a Receptionist to support reception and general office operations.
Description
The receptionist will have the following duties:
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner and take beverage orders
Answering telephone calls promptly in a professional manner and directing calls onwards
Administering the conference room booking system
Coordinate facility maintenance and other office admin work
Handle other office work as required
Profile
2-3 years of receptionist or administrative experience
Good communication skill, energetic, attention to detail
Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Flexible, team player and good communication skill
Experience in professional service firm is a huge advantage
