My client is a dealer of automotive brands which provides sales and after-sales support. Their HK hub is a large and modern office located at the island. They are looking for a receptionist with good attitude to assist with their growing business
Description
The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities
- To perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and courier arrangement
- To responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception and meeting rooms
- Assist with general office administrative duties
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Profile
The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Knowledge in PC (MS Word, Excel, Chinese World Processing)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- 5 days work (Sat work is required once per month)
- Immediately availability preferred
