Our client is a well-established international retail company with branches across the world. Their HK hub is located a large size office located at a premium area with a stable working environment. They are looking for candidate with receptionist experience and preferably with retail background.
Description
The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities
- Perform day to day receptionist duties and general administrative & clerical support, including but not limited to handling incoming phone calls and mails, greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner, data entry, record keeping, etc.
- Manage the booking schedule of conference rooms and make necessary meeting logistics
- Manage office facilities and maintenance
- Coordinate the daily operation of courier services for internal users
- Handle travel and logistic arrangement
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience
- Candidate with retail background is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service techniques
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Pleasant, mature, proactive, meticulous and well-organized
