The position is providing supports to office and maintain office facilities where possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

? Visitors support, express and mail management

? Office stationery management, employee badge management etc

? Hotel reservation, c-trip management

? Assistant on organizing company activities to increase employee engagement

? Coordinate with purchasing dept and vendors to maintain/repair office facilities

? Assist with HR monthly newsletters, onboarding process etc

? Office HSE

? Works assigned by manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

? 1 year of experience.

? Passionate and cooperative

? Coordination skills and communication skills

? Basic English

? Diploma degree
