Roles and responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duty to greet staff and visitors at the training centre, answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Monitoring programme attendance sign-ins
- Managing and coordinating room booking
- Basic data-entry, collate and generate reports as requested
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Experience and Requirements
- Able to work from 8:00a.m. to 12:30p.m. (part-time), Monday to Friday
- Secondary school diploma holder and above
- Minimum one year’s relevant experience in a multi-national organisation
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required, competent in written English and Chinese
- Able to handle multiple requests at the same time, independent and responsible with a proactive attitude
