Description
The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities:
- Perform Receptionist duties including attend to phone calls and general enquiries, greeting guests and setting up conference room
- Provides administrative support including office management, document filing, office and pantry supplies, general book-keeping on expenses, equipment and facilities management etc.
- Perform outdoor work when necessary
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Profile
The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements
- Candidate with relevant experience is preferred
- Presentable, cheerful, self-driven personality with positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh grads are also welcome
