Our client is a top notch listed property group with business focusing in the Asia market. Their HK hub is located at a premium location with great benefit provided. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to assist their steadily growing business. Fresh grads are also welcome.

Description

The Receptionist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Perform Receptionist duties including attend to phone calls and general enquiries, greeting guests and setting up conference room
  • Provides administrative support including office management, document filing, office and pantry supplies, general book-keeping on expenses, equipment and facilities management etc.
  • Perform outdoor work when necessary
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile

The effective Receptionist should have the following requirements

  • Candidate with relevant experience is preferred
  • Presentable, cheerful, self-driven personality with positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh grads are also welcome
