Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Receive visitors properly with a professional and tidy reception environment
- Handle incoming phone calls with standard greetings in a polite manner
- Coordinate office stationary and pantry supplies, be responsible for the related vendor payment and monthly consumption control
- Coordinate company meeting room and company van reservation
- Assist EA to support administrations for CEO office
- Support administrations for CFO and Finance department
Requirements:
- Diploma or above degree
- Two to five years of relevant experience in MNC or sizable organizations
- Detail oriented
- Proactive, willing to help
- Well organized, good at multi-task and time management
- Good English in oral and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and telephone manner
