Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Receive visitors properly with a professional and tidy reception environment
  • Handle incoming phone calls with standard greetings in a polite manner
  • Coordinate office stationary and pantry supplies, be responsible for the related vendor payment and monthly consumption control
  • Coordinate company meeting room and company van reservation
  • Assist EA to support administrations for CEO office
  • Support administrations for CFO and Finance department

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above degree
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in MNC or sizable organizations
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive, willing to help
  • Well organized, good at multi-task and time management
  • Good English in oral and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and telephone manner
