We thus deploy innovative technologies to offer an enhanced user experience and more intuitive user interfaces, including for the remote operation of machinery and equipment. You role is to provide comprehensive, confidential, and high-quality reception and HR administration support between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00am to 2:30pm (Friday). Duties include: • Act as a first point of contact for the business providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Including welcoming visitors to site, management, and communication of visitor requirements, answering and redirecting incoming calls, and ensuring the reception area and marketing suite are maintained to the highest standards. • Provide general office support, including dealing with post, organising meetings, maintaining telephone extension lists, locker management, ordering and controlling stationary supplies, monitoring and issue of uniform, pool car coordination, preparation of purchase orders, and assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements. • Support health and safety processes including maintenance and control of fire roll call list, coordination of inductions for visitors, contractors, and agency staff, and issuing of PPE as appropriate. • Support accurate maintenance of physical and electronic employee files and records in accordance with GDPR requirements, to include time and attendance management for permanent and agency staff. • Prepare and analyse HR reports to highlight key trends and metrics including attendance, recognition, engagement, headcount changes, and flexi-banks. Create bespoke reports for stakeholders as required (support and training will be given). • Coordinate and manage the site recognition council, proactively identifying oppurtunities to improve participation and engagement. Support and contribute to site events including wellness and inclusion and diversity initiatives. Qualifications CIPD Level 3 or similar qualification e.g. Business Administration NVQ (desired) Experience working in an office support role (e.g. Receptionist, PA, Administrator) in a dynamic corporate office environment •Excellent administrative skills • Good level of IT skills, including strong working experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote and Teams • Understanding of confidentiality principles • Knowledge of GDPR requirements (preferred) • Keen learner with the ability to learn new systems and process • Strong organisational skills with ability to to plan and manage own time and priorities • Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated with a sense of urgency • Excellent attention to detail • Great verbal and written communication skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Adaptable • Problem solving skills Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
