Job Description

Description

  • Act as the forefront of the company by greeting walk-in clients in a professional manner;
  • Take telephone calls and direct appropriately on the switchboard;
  • Screen emails and manage conference rooms;
  • Maintain an organised guest list and tidy receptionist area;
  • Provide courier service and order stock for stationary;
  • Handle other ad-hoc office work as required.

Requirements

  • Polite, cheerful, pleasant personality and excellent telephone manners
  • Smart and honest essential
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc)
  • Immediate available is preferred
