As a Recovery and Retention Specialist you will be responsible for collecting End of Term Lease account billings for the purpose of reducing company losses. This includes the collection of maturity balances, property tax, and any miscellaneous charges billed to an account post termination. In addition, you will support the recovery of unsecured collateral plus any outstanding receivables resulting from charged-off accounts (e.g. repossession deficiencies, full balance charge offs and insurance deficiencies). You will have contact with customers via telephone, e-mail and/or white mail to initiate collections of outstanding collateral and/or balances. You will advise customers of payment options, effectively negotiate payoff amounts, settlements and payment plans with customers per established guidelines while providing a premium customer service experience. 

As a Recovery and Retention Specialist your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.
