  • Is directly responsible to and supervises the entire operation related to the Fitness, Recreation Room, Kid Club, Swimming Pool and Hotel Recreation Activities. Within the scope of the budget and well-defined management norms he/she must ensure a smooth operation.
  • Performs his/her functions within the framework defined by the norms of the PULLMAN BRAND STANDARD and by internal regulation.
  • Is always available at all time for any guest and any request any time of the day courteous, friendly, polite and smiling.
  • Is resourceful, honest and trustworthy.
  • Ensures the application of quality, service and pricing policies.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed by his/her team according to the guidelines given by the hotel to respect the standard of the hotel Pullman Pattaya Hotel G.
  • Prepares yearly budget, 3 months forecast and monthly income reports according to hotel practices and Finance & Accounting instructions.
  • Controls the Sport & Recreation department's expenses in coordination with superior's guidelines.
  • Monitors closely purchase requests and store requisitions according to the budget.
  • Is responsible for a proper operation of all Fitness’s equipment, Recreation and Kid Club activities. Introduce all activities and facilities of the Fitness to hotel guests and potential members.
  • Ensure that the staff has a neat attire and is ready to perform at their utmost ability.
  • Inspect systematically those different areas under his/her responsibilities.
  • Is responsible for all assets under his/her control (furniture, equipment, etc.).
  • Ensure the communication between and within all sections is properly done using the right channels of delegation.
  • Keep information boards up to date.
  • Supervise all activities related to the guests as well as the employees within his/her department.
  • Advise all sections involved of changing of rates or procedures related to membership programs.
  • Ensure a smooth operation to prevent and avoid any complains.
  • Ensure that sports programs, functions and events are regularly arranged for members during the operation.
  • Screens all complaints and handle quickly those either directly or through the Management.
  • To build up and maintain good public relations with club members.
  • Must be always in good communication with the Front Office and the Food & Beverage department (i.e., The Beach Club Bar and The Beach Club Restaurant), the Housekeeping as well as with the Security department during special events, to transmit all information to his/her department and sections.
  • Develop friendly and courteous relations with team members and hotel guests through social conversation and all time availability.
  • Evaluate each member of his/her staff at least once a year and makes flash evaluations twice a year.
  • Identify and develops leadership qualities among staff to guide them toward the path of career enrichment.
  • Is responsible for the cleanliness and general aspect of his/her personnel, in particular regarding uniforms.
  • Ensure a good atmosphere and efficient co-operation in his/her department and sections.
  • Convene meeting with his/her personnel at regular intervals for information purposes.
  • Ensure that internal training courses be organized in his/her service, conducts training sessions when needed and establishes training programs when required with improved skills and that it remains according to the service, PULLMAN BRAND and PULLMAN PATTAYA HOTEL G norms.
  • Ensure his/her employees work's environment is kept neat and tidy at all times.


Work Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in similar position

• Be proactive, innovative and adaptable to the new normal services, problem solving, decision making.

• Self development and self management.

• Strategic thinking and analysis.

• Have a good understanding of inventory management systems.

• Have great verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
