Job Description
岗位职责：
1、城市规划方案设计：依据现行的规划原则和设计规范，科学思考、分析、运筹当前项目，提供合理有效的规划设计方案，设计构思深化、细化城市规划设计方案；
2、方案表现：熟练运用cad、photoshop、sketchup制作设计成果，并完成相关成果的表现与说明；
3、方案汇报：用专业、成熟的语言介绍设计方案；
4、工作计划：编制规划方案各阶段的设计文件及相关进度、费用计划；
5、专题研究：国内外同类项目在规划、设计方面的发展趋势，提供专题研究成果报告；
Post Responsibility,
1.Scheme design of urban planning:According to current principles and design standars,it requires to thinking, analyzing and planning current project, and provides reasonable scheme of planning design. It also requires that design thoughts deeply and details in planning scheme of urban planning.
2. Project presentation: using CAD,Photoshop,Sketchup to make design results proficiently and finish the relevant presentation and explanation of results.
3.scheme report: to introduce design scheme in proficient snd skillful.
4.Work plan: to make design documents in different stages,related job schedules and charge plan.
5.Monographic study: to introduce developement tendency of the same kind project which is in planning and designing,and provide the results report of monographic study.
任职资格：
1、城市规划与设计专业，本科以上学历；
2、具有城市规划相关工作经验，能够带领项目组完成大型规划项目的设计；
3、熟悉相关的技术规范，具有中级及以上职称或注册规划师资格优先；
4、具有较强的方案能力和专业技能，有独特设计理念，对规划设计有浓厚兴趣和执着追求；
5、具有良好的沟通能力和项目管理经验，具有较强的综合协调能力和团队管理能力；
6、熟练运用Autocad、Photoshop、Sketchup或3dmax软件；
7、敬业踏实，认真负责，诚实守信，具备良好的沟通和团队合作精神。
8、有国际邮轮港设计经验优先。
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, and major in urban planning and design.
2.Related working experience in urban planning, and being able to finish the disignof large-scale planning project with its group.
3.To familiar with related technical manual,and the one who posesses intermediate professional title or above or certified planners will have priority.
4.It requires stronger scheme ability and professional skill,unique design philosophy,and interested in planning design.
5.Good communication aility and project management experience are required,as well as synthesis coordination ability and team management ability.
6.Using CAD,Photoshop,Sketchup or 3dmax skillful.Dedicated, serious and responsible, has a good team spirit.
8.The one who has exprience in international cruise pore design.
