Job Description
Responsibilities
Report to Recruitment Manager, responsible for full cycle of recruitment and selection process and its related duties:, drafting job advertisement, job posting, direct sourcing, screening applications, arranging & conducting interview etc;
Co-ordinate and support graduate recruitment program;
Monitor budgeted headcount and prepare regular recruitment related reports to management;
Work closely with HRBP and Recruitment Manager to understand the recruitment needs of different BUs;
Conduct Salary benchmark for successful candidates;
Assist in ad-hoc duties/ project as assigned.

Requirements
Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
Min. of 4 years' solid experience in recruitment in MNC or sizable organization;
Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus
Familiar with China Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
Proactive, independent, and detail minded
Well-organized, with strong communication ability and inter-personal skills;
Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
Self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin is a must
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter.
