Job responsibilities
1. formulation of the company's overseas recruitment strategy and the expansion of recruitment channels;
2. plan management and implementation of overseas recruitment needs;
3. communication and employment coordination of the company's overseas business groups;
4. establish an overseas talent pool for the company, summarize and establish overseas talent recruitment methodology;
5. participate in the implementation of some of the company's domestic recruitment needs;
6. complete other tasks arranged by Line Manager.

Job requirements
1. Full-time unified enrollment bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. more than 3 years of overseas talent recruitment experience at all levels;
3. overseas talent resources or overseas headhunting experience is preferred;
4. familiar with the laws, regulations and employment standards of relevant overseas countries is preferred;
5. fluent in spoken English;
6. strong communication skills, good sense of purpose and strong execution ability.
