Job Description

In this position, the individual will develop, implement and/or maintain employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs. The individual will interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks as well as coordinate pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances and employment processing, including visas. This position will conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. This position will also conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects, including agency performance. This position may work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools. Professionals at the higher levels may function as technical specialists, sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search. Higher level professionals may also assist in the immigration processes and administration procedures as a liaison with company’s immigration attorneys.

This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of related experience.

This position will be responsible for keeping track of budgets regarding vacancies and will be involved in job fairs, campus recruiting, newspaper advertisements, website, internal transfer, headhunters, etc. This position will ensure all staffing programs are in compliance with the labor law and will screen profiles of applicants, and build up a database of talents for the company. This position will keep long-term relationships with the potential candidates and will interview candidates with qualified capability and requirements. This position will be responsible in meeting the target of recruitment plan upon business needs.

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
