• Staff and recruit the suitable candidate for the company in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Build good network within the community and industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pool;

• Provide great support on interview arrangement, process for different offices;

• Prepare the job offers accordingly, and onboarding following up.

• Provide weekly update on recruitment report for nationwide offices.

• Make employee’s reference check, offer and contract.
  

• Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in HR or other related area;

• At least 3 years working experiences as recruiter;

• Passionate, entrepreneurship sense, self-motivated and good personality;

• Strong team work spirit; confidence & ability to influence decisions;

• Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Group;

• Excellent written and oral English;
