Job Summary:

Provide recruitment solutions to assigned departments under general supervision;

Study the existing selection and hiring process to find opportunity for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Select the suitable hiring channels, interview and assessment methods based on the specific position requirements;
• Conduct searching, screening, interviewing activities and recommend qualified candidates for assigned departments;
• Coordinate the candidates selection and hiring decision making process;
• Handle the new employee offer and on-board process;
• Study the existing selection and hiring process to find opportunity for continuous improvement to improve working efficiency and professionalism;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 5+ years solid experience and expertise in corporate recruitment and selection work;
• Possess professional interviewing and recruiting skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
• Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related working experience in Multinational company is preferred.
