Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of candidates sourcing, interviewing and hiring process.

2. Develop recruiting plan to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools to fulfill vacancies efficiently.

3. Understand company business direction and hiring background to build and develop talent market intelligence.

4. Be responsible for all recruitment activity and establish talent acquisition database.

5. Identify and develop potential candidate ground for building talent pipeline for long run

6. Consult to hiring managers to refine job description, provide interview training to hiring managers, and coach them to use competency model for conducting interview.

7. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry and technology trends.

8. Represent Human Resource in corporate wide initiatives. Execute and contribute to company Human Resource initiatives.

9. Advises and supports management and employees to influence their thinking and acting patterns improve business performance.

10.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

Skills & Experience

  • A least one year solid experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in Corporate Recruiting; Prior experience in an agency environment and engineering recruitment.
  • Good knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including research tools, sourcing, and search methodologies, talent market trend, networking and relationship management.
  • Experience conducting well documented behavioral based interviews; Target Selection Interview skill certified is a plus.
  • Good communication; fluency in English and Mandarin required.
  • Some Human Resource (HR) generalist knowledge.
  • PC Literacy - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Sharp in identifying people’s strength, weakness, and behavior style.
  • Strong social network for reaching out talents.
  • Strong organizational skills, must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task to be successful in stressful situations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in self-management.
  • Effective Communication approach to proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Ambiguity: Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, collaboration skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong customer service initiative/focus.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
